Product Licensing Consulting

Licensing My Ideas gives brands, retailers, and product manufacturers access to a curated portfolio of original, market-tested, and often patent-protected product concepts.
Each idea is ready for commercialization, supported by design rationale, technical feasibility, and proven consumer relevance.
This model enables companies to accelerate innovation without starting from scratch, while leveraging my 25 years of experience launching products that have generated millions in revenue across fashion, textiles, and consumer goods.
Licensing agreements can be exclusive or non-exclusive and may include design rights, utility patents, or co-branded launch strategies.
5-Step Licensing Process
Our Licensing Process gives brands access to proven, ready-to-license product concepts. We work collaboratively to align the right ideas with your goals and guide you through every step โ from concept to market launch.
1. Portfolio Review & Match Discovery
We begin with a review session to understand your brandโs goals, product gaps, and market direction. From there, we identify product concepts within my portfolio that align with your strategic objectives and target audience.
2. Concept Presentation
You receive a tailored concept deck featuring product visuals, key benefits, technical features, potential use cases, and intellectual property status including filed, granted, or available for filing.
3. Customization or Validation (Optional)
If desired, we can tailor the concept for your target consumer or conduct quick validation through testing, prototyping, or digital feedback loops to confirm market readiness.
4. Licensing Agreement
We establish a clear licensing structure that may include upfront fees, royalties, exclusivity terms, or product milestones. This agreement grants you the rights to develop, produce, and bring the concept to market.
5. Handoff & Ongoing Support
Once licensed, you receive all design files, technical specifications, and development notes. Optional support is available for prototyping, manufacturing introductions, and brand collaboration throughout launch.
